1 General Provisions & Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the tk866 platform ("Platform", "we", "tk866") and its users ("you", "member"). By visiting the tk866 website, registering an account, or using any service on the platform, you are agreeing to these Terms.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
tk866 currently supports the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Minimum deposit: ৳300 for each method.
Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
Withdrawal time: Processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same — meaning withdrawals can only be made to the same number used for the deposit.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal (there is no general deposit rollover requirement apart from bonuses, but separate terms apply for bonuses — see section 5).
- Withdrawals may be held or cancelled if verification is incomplete or fraud is suspected.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
tk866 offers a welcome bonus for new members: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
The following terms apply to bonuses:
- Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not by adding the deposit amount.
- After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing the deposited funds.
- A bonus can be claimed only once and cannot be combined with other offers.
- tk866 reserves the right to change bonus terms or cancel promotions at any time.
- If any misuse or fraud is suspected, the bonus may be forfeited.
Weekly cashback is available under the VIP program: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (0.5%), Gold (0.7%), Platinum (1.0%), and Diamond (1.2%). Advancement through VIP levels depends on gaming activity and activity on the platform.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to betting and gaming on tk866:
- A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
- If the result of a game is disputed due to a technical error, tk866 reserves the right to void that round and refund the stake.
- In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet is generally voided and the amount is refunded.
- Using multiple accounts or manipulation to gain bonus or promotional advantages is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automated betting software or scripts is prohibited.
- tk866 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits.
7 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:
- Creating an account using false or incorrect identity information.
- Operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
- Bonus abuse — such as fulfilling bonus terms through multiple accounts or coordinated methods.
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
- Harassing other users or disrupting the normal operation of the platform.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage — if you discover such an issue, you should report it to us immediately.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
tk866 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraud or unauthorized activity.
- Failure to provide identity verification information.
- Direction from a legal authority.
- At the user's own request (including self-exclusion).
If there is a valid balance before the account is closed — and no terms have been violated — that amount will be returned. However, in cases of fraud or prohibited activity, the balance may be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability
